You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit an exchange or refund request.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The original tag must remain attached.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Each order is eligible for one post-purchase request only, whether that request is:
• An exchange
• A refund
• A combined exchange and refund request submitted at the same time

If you would like to exchange some items and refund others from the same order, please clearly specify this in the comments section of the request form.

Mixed requests are accepted only for items belonging to the same order.
